Design and installation is an important part of any heating or plumbing system and in order for it to work efficiently, you need someone who will take care of the design and installation aspects for you.
Yearly boiler servicing
An annual service of your heating equipment will not only keep your tentants and property safe, but also reduce the likelihood of costly breakdowns.
Gas safety checks
Gas safety checks are now a requirement for any landlord or letting agent when providing accommodation. I am able to help you arrange this and advise you on appropriate action, if required.
Emergency plumbing
At Nick Parris Heating Services I work with one of the largest Home Service Providers in the UK (Homeserve Claims Management Ltd) and I have a number of contracts for domestic landlords and letting agents.
This means I am more than prepared to deal with any heating and boiler maintenance that you may require as a landlord.
