If you work with gas boiler fitters or someone providing gas boiler repair or gas central heating service options, the engineer is required by law to be Gas Safe (previously known as CORGI) registered. This means they will have a photo ID displaying their name and photo as well as a date range. This ID must be within date.
The British Government introduced competent person schemes in 2002 and OFTEC was the first organisation to pilot the scheme. OFTEC manages the training, assessment and registration of technicians working in the oil heating and cooking sector.
I cover all types of heating Gas, Oil and Electric. Including appliances from popular all popular manufacturers including: Worcester, Baxi, Ideal, Potterton and Vaillant.
As well as design and installation of heating systems, I also offer full maintenance, repair and servicing.
As well as heating, I cover all domestic plumbing jobs, including: bathroom installations (including tiling), burst pipes, leaks, water mains, radiators, and american fridges.

All estimated timescales are provided before Istart work. However, when it comes to heating, boiler maintenance and plumbing repairs, sometimes things can get delayed. Having said that, I always aim to complete the work within the estimated timescale I provide and will always keep you informed of the situation.

Whilst I cannot be entirely 'green' by the very nature of heating and boiler maintenance, I dispose of all waste in the most eco-friendly manner possible. All jobs are left in a clean and tidy, and though domestic heating engineers may not do the vacuuming at home, I certainly oblige in clients’ households!
I accept many different methods of payment: cash, credit/debit cards (preferred) and cheques. In all cases a written receipt will be given in exchange for payment.
Having a warranty to cover the work completed (and any parts) is not only helpful for the customer but is also classed as standard practise these days.
Heating and boiler maintenance as well as oil boiler repairs, gas boiler repair and plumbing repairs can be costly, so having a warranty will keep your mind at ease.
